JAWS an iLinc

Had a question for anyone who could help me out. I'm taking courses toward my
certification in Medical Transcription and am having difficulty in getting the
iLinc software and JAWS to be 100% compatible. Has anyone used this particular
software before and if so can you give me pointers on how to navigate it?
