uncheck show the clock, hide inactive icons, keep the task bar on top of
other applications and group similar programs. Check auto hide. That is
the only thing in there in other words that should be checked.
T illustrate this, someone was working with outlook and whenever they'd open
a message, they could not read it till we found and unchecked keep the
taskbar ontop.
