JAWS Speech stop working after 40mins to upto 4hrs

Helllo all,
I have been experiounceing JAWS shutting down after forty mins up to five hrs.
Note: emial me off list because only (no offence) but the really smart computer
guys on here no what I'm doing i'm afraid because i'm going the escalation
department in fs peoples, if i cant get it working i called them four times
like for tech sup and the last time thay said if i still have that same prob
then call back and they would try one more thing i no what it is but i dun'
feel like explaining it. And then the another call for a activation count
reset. So can 1of you please please email me offlist.
