As per the subject line, how do I run a JFW repair? I am looking to see if this fixes some of the problems I'm experiencing with this update...

Rob,I see your question wasn't answered yet. You need your friend to go into theconfiguration manager. Insert+F2, then c then Enter. Then open the default configuration with Ctrl+Shift+D. Then Alt+s and r to open the Research It settings dialog. Check all the Research It items you want to be active, and on the one you want as default, press the default button. Hit OK when done, and then save the configuration file before exiting.
