JAWS Keystrokes for JPG & Attachment List

Hi All, I seem to recall that there is a JAWS keystroke for reading the
text within JPG attachments but I disremember it. Anyone?
Also, in an attachment list, if I do Alt + left arrow, it says 'open list
box' but arrowing down does not reveal the listed attachments.
I'm not awake yet but what am I forgetting so as to access this list of
attachments. Tabbing only recycles me through the first listed attachment.
