What "specialized updates" would there be?  It would seem that once you have
installed JFW 10.0.512, it include all the updates through November 3.  But,
I'm not a software engineer.  By "specialized" do you mean user specific?

No I don't think it is. It's so you can download specialist updates that you

don't get with the normal updates.
