I believe that is a rumor. They may coexist to gather however I doubt it.
But even if they do coexist I don't think it would be usable by a blind
person. Since a blind person would need verbal feedback of what Dragon
NaturallySpeaking thought you said. Not to speak of you wouldn't have
control over Jaws for Windows. For example you could not say something like
speak sentence and have the current sentence spoken to you. I'm using
Dragon NaturallySpeaking version 9, J-Say version 4 and Jaws for Windows
version 7.1. For me the product was worth every penny of what I paid for
it. I would be glad to discuss this with you via private e-mail
