Hi,
I don't think the problem is Jaws related. If you are using Windows XP, go
to the control panel and select the task bar and start menu option. Next,
look for the check box which says "Notification area - hide inactive icons".
Uncheck this check box and this should fix your problem.

I have just installed JAWS 7.1, and I'm finding things are either completely
disappearing from my system tray, or only one item is left. Is there a fix
for this?
