Keith:

You need to insert your Update disk, then click Yes. This will authorize
JAWS to run on your system.

Subject: JAWS 5.0 instalation issues.

I am having a problem with the new JAWS 5.0 program. I have managed to
install it but I am wondering weather to update the authorization disk that
is for 4.50? I get a authorization manager dialog prompting me to update the
authorization disk. I tell it no, and each time I have no choice but to do
it. Well I haven't done so yet. Hopefully you can tell me what's happening
here? So I'll look forward to your email.
Thank you for all your help.
Please note: I am running JAWS 5.00.621 and am using the Eloquence for
JAWS software synthesizer. However, I am experienceing popping sounds with
Eloquence. I wonder why? Is it because I have winamp? I am using WinAmp2.95.
Let me know.
Regards, Keith.
