Why would you want to use the shortcut key if FS have provided one, and also isn't it a lot of trouble to go to when we just need to report these things to FS and they should be fixing them.

Hi Roger, I tried your suggestion, but receive an error message that the program taskkill.exe cannot be found. I'm doing a search of my hard drive as we speak to see if I can find it. I'm running Windows XP SP3. C:\WINDOWS\system32\taskkill.exe /f /im jfw.exeRoger----- Original Message ----- From: George B <mailto:gbmagoo@xxxxxxxxxxx>To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, October 07, 2008 9:33 AM Subject: RE: JAWS 10 and slow log off Yes I am also on my xp pro service pack 3. I notice that if I start with jaws 9 it is ok then go to 10 it issluggish and gets worse the longer the pc is running, and also after 10 has been running and do a insert f4 it takes a while for jaws to stop speaking, and then if you do the insert f4 to turn off jaws 10 and say ok, then startjaws 9 it has some of the jaws 10 trats. I found the only way to solve this is to completely shut down and restart the pc. I know ther is a keystroke to unload the jaws memory, but I can not remember it and can not find it. Does anyone know the keystroke? If I unload JAWS it goes back to normal and I hear the log off sounds almost instantly after choosing to log off. Is anybody else having this issue. Sometimes it can take quite a while to log off.
