Morning to all,

I get a virus warning with the file RUNDLL32.exe so the first time I got
this warning I quarantined it and the screen reader shut down. I needed to
reinstall JAWS 9 to get it working again, 3 times so far. Now JAWS is
working, but I keep getting a warning as follows:

ThAdvance ProtectionSUSPECTED FRAU ECTION A suspected threat has been
detected. File name: RUNDLL32.EXE   Threat level: Critical View Detailed
Characteristics Recommended action: Quarantine Threat: Unknown
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Path: Type: Unknown ny emails Do you want to trust this
program? RUNDLL32.EXE or one of its components is a potentially malicious
program. Unless you are familiar with it, Advance Protection strongly
recommends that you quarantine the program. If you choose to quarantine,
please save your work. Help Trust Quarantine achusetts, .

People, I just don't know where to go in trying to clear up this problem
which shouldn't have happened as I am running Verizon Security Suite and
when I checked the log it showed no problems or virus. I'm between a rock
and a hard place!

Have a great day,
