Excellent point made. However, if the text is read instead of skimmed
through, the point of the software being a free upgrade would be evident. I
know, not everyone reads the fine print, but if people would take the time
to do so, it would save a lot of aggravation and confusion.

I can remember a time when FS had a link, something like "click here to
download your free copy of Magic" I think it was 8 or 9.  Taken in context,
as it was just below a paragraph explaining how existing Magic users who had
a specific version could get a free upgrade, it made perfect sense. 
However, if you used the links list in JAWS, tabbed to a link, etc., it
looked like you could get a full version of Magic for absolutely nothing, as
you just saw the link text.  Fortunately, after I reported this it got
changed.
