I have never used it but a friend of mine recommends Mother board Monitor.
When I did a search for it I discovered that there are setfiles for it for
Window Eyes users but don't know if it works with Jaws. If anyone knows
please let us know. One of the links that I found is:

Subject: Interpreting system temperature monitoring results

Hi all,

My motherboard an Intel D865GBF comes with a temperature monitoring
utility. How does one interpret its results? I am appending a screen dump.
What do they mean by system zone 1 and system zone 2? Does any one know of
a utility that will give me temperature information in a more screen reader
friendly format?

Intel Active Monitor
100 100 10075 75 75
50 50 50
25 Celsius 25 Celsius 25 Celsius
0 0 0
34 32 30
Processor Zone System Zone 1 System Zone 2
3750
1875 5625
RPM
0 7500
2304
System Fan 1
Note: Temperature measurements are approximate and should not be used to
validate thermal solutions.
