Subject: Internet Explorer Verbosity

I press Insert V to change one of the settings and then hit close. But, if
I reopen Internet Explorer the setting has reverted to the old setting. In
this case, I am trying to navigation quick keys on.
Does anyone know how to make this change permanent?
THANKS!
