Installing of Jaws

Hi list,
In the next month, I will by Jaws. During install of Jaws 7.10 ILM version of
Jaws, I'v the folowing error at 99 y % of the installation process : unable to
continue the installation error 824 subcode 0. How does it mean. Is there is a
way to resolve this problem without reinstall Windows. With quella or demo Jaws
installation, I never have been encountered this problem.
