Incompatibility Between JFW 10 & Lotus Notes 7

I've noticed that if I try to open an attachment in Lotus Notes 7 with the new
JFW 10, JAWS freezes altogether.
It then doesn't come back on until I figure out how to close the "file
attachment window," usually with the help of
Microsoft Narrator. Then usually it seems to reload and start talking
automatically.
This is not a problem with JFW 9 or Version 8.
Has this been reported before? Any proposed patch or fix to this problem
coming out in a future upgrade?
