Answering a question asked about keeping JAWS 5.0: or not:
I would keep it if:
1. you read numbers via say next or previous word
and
2 if you use Office X P.
My reason is that version 5.0 was the last one to, by default to read numbers as whole or complete numbers using say next or previous word without having to pause for
delimeters like decimals as if one uses numbers to make a living.
At this point, some one always says that JAWS reads numbers like " 12.5 as 1 unit in emails; but I am talking about easy number reading in Office and Word X P.
Versions 6 support correct number reading as most JAWS versions did once with Word 2003.
