please check whether you have any toolbar installed. e.g. google toolbar, yahoo
toolbar, aim toolbar, etc. if yes, try to remove it.

I am having terrible problems logging into some websites like for the people.
In fact the machine gets hanged and it takes a while
before I can do anything. I did not have this problem with IE 6. I do not
know if fishing filter is playing havoc. Also in
