Yes. I just tried that now, but it still didn't work. I signed into Facebook. Then I signed into Blue Mountain, selected my e-card, wrote it, hit the Enter key on the "share" link and then located the "sign in to Facebook" link and hit the Enter key, but nothing happened. I even made sure Popblocker is turned off. First of all, I discovered that the "sign in to Facebook," is not not at the spot on the page where Blue Mountain said it was. To get to it, you first have to arrow down to a link that says, "Share your e-card." You press the Enter key here. Then when the page loads, there is a link to the "Share your e-card on Facebook," tab, which JAWS has no trouble reading at all. The Blue Mountain directions say that after you go to this tab, a window is supposed to open asking you to sign in to Facebook if you are not signed in already. This is not happening. I turned off popup blocker, but the window still did not open up. I then tried hitting the Shift key with the Enter key, as Christine suggested, but it still didn't solve the problem. I then just hit Control+O to open up the Open dialog, then I logged on to Facebook and signed in. But after I signed in this way, I was not able to move in between my Facebook home page and my Blue Mountain e-card page using Control+Tab. So I am still not able to post an e-card to my Facebook friend's wall. Is there another way I can log on to Facebook and not lose my Blue Mountain e-card? But there is no "Send to Facebook" tab. I got into Configuration Manager with Internet Explorer and changed the Graphics Labeler from reading just HTML to reading all, but that did not solve the problem. Am I doing something wrong or using the wrong keystroke, or is the tab just not accessible? I am a subscriber to the Blue Mountain e-card service, and have recently learned that you can send one of their e-cards on Facebook. The instructions telling how to do this are as follows: First, sign in to your Blue Mountain membership, which I can do with ease. Next, locate the e-card you wish to send and click the "personalize and send," button, which I can also do using JAWS. Next, click on the "send to Facebook," tab, which is just above "personalize your e-card." This is where I am running into trouble. I have no trouble locating the "personalize your e-card," header by just hitting the letter H until JAWS speaks it. But when I use the Up Arrow key after locating the "personalize your e-card," header, JAWS does not speak "send to Facebook," at all. I have tried to use the Control+Tab keystroke, but nothing happens. I've even tried using the JAWS cursor at the top of the "personalize," page, but with no luck. Am I doing something wrong, or is this tab just not accessible to JAWS 11? Can one of you listers help me out? Have a Holly, Jolly Christmas!! Rick Miller
