No need to check back in unless you're just feelling chatty, Tracy. They'll reply. You're not in a difficult situation. It's all going to be okay. And if you think you'll have any further questions once you start using the product, keep a new folder in your email program just for mail from Avast! and keep the email you get from them there, so you can write back to the same person and ask those questions as they come up. Eventually, you'll have everything set up and working fine, without yourr even having do anything with it most of the time,and it won't be a technical Jaws nightmare to get to that point.
