Hi,

You can copy the short cut that is on your desktop to your start menu by 
the following.
Go into documents and settings.
Go into the folder of the user you are logged into, or all users if you 
want all users to have this in the start menu.
Then go to the start menu folder and place the short cut in the folder you 
want it to appear. Make sure this is only the short cut you copy.
