How can i add a script to oe?

Hi list members, i'd like to add some scripts to oe, but i'm not sure where to
start.
I'd like to write the following scripts
I'd like to write a script that copies all the listed items out of the blocked
senders list.
The next script should be able to select messages from a person and send those
messages to my documents folder.
