Help with minor Jaws 8 problems

Hello, if anyone has fixes for these problems, please let me know. When I
alt tab through the applications, Jaws doesn't say anything, and I have to
let up on the alt key in order to hear what application I've switched to,
and frequently it doesn't tell me everything that's open, and I have to hit
alt tab alt tab then let up to hear others. Also, when selecting files in a
list view, Jaws 7 will speak when something is selected, and stay silent
when you unselect it. However, Jaws 8 says the file name regardless of its
state of selected or unselected. Those are the two main problems I'm having
now, and I'm sure I'll have some others when dealing with the internet,
which I haven't done yet. If you can fix these, let me know.
