Maybe I'm going backwards with this post.  But before you can use Spybot 
affectively, you have to first install it properly.
At some point during the installation, it asks you what type of installation 
you want.  The default is full. arrow down to where it says, full 
installation for blind users.
That will make things easier.  Jack
