Hi R,
Could you please give us more details about your Operating System, the kind of
program you're trying to install, and your Jaws version? If you're using Win 2K
or XP, is your account limited or set to administrator?

Program was unable to create the directory check your windows directory
permissions.
Logging is now disabled.
Ware do I find these permissions?
And what does it mean?
