Hi Dennis,

No, it wasn't an error caused by jaws running down in some way, as sometimes 
happens, and needing to be exited and relaunched. What happened is that I'd 
hit the Insert S key combo by accident and toggled the focus away from 
"highlighted," which is what it's set for in the configuration manager under 
text processing. A couple of guys told me to try Insert S and, sure enough, 
I've got it sorted now.
