I think this person wanted the actual e-mail address.  What I do is shift 
tab back to the address book.  Start typing the person's name or arrow down 
to the person's name.  Do alt enter to get into the properties..  Tab once 
and you are on the e-mail address.  Hit the Home key then shift end key to 
highlight it and copy it.  Then return to your message and control V to 
paste it.
