Thank you for contacting Freedom Scientific technical Support. Actually, I'm
not sure on what cause the issue your are outlining. It would require more
information and even with additional information, if the issue is not
reproducible, it could still be difficult or impossible to determine what
happen that particular time.

In regards to sluggishness, go to the run dialog "windows key+r", type in:
Msconfig
And hit enter.  Control+tab to the startup page and disable as many items as
possible running on startup and see if this resolve the issue.

hey i have a question i was listening to a radio program on the web and
for some reason jaws kept saying numbers so i turned it off well when i
restarted it it didn't find my key so i shut it off and restarted it again
and all is well so what made that happen and why is jfw so sluggish with

windows 7 any help is appreciated thanks.
