The format painter is use when you format several cells with the same format.
Instead of doing the last procedure you've done in formatting, you need to use
format painter. So that less time.

enlighten me?

Subject: Format painter in Microsoft Excel

I am using Excel 2000, but my problem is the format painter. Sometimes I need
to use the format painter but I can't find it in the format menu. Is there a
keyboard shortcut for it to use? I even use the root jaws to Pc but I can't
locate it. I hope you can help me. Thanks.
