It is supposed to appear on all of them. Why it doesn't, I have no
idea. I double checked the server configuration after reading and it
is indeed set to appear in all of them. It may be that outlook isn't
looking far enough in the message, or something equally as
perplexing. A more reliable approach would be to set outlook up to
scan the header information for the address jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Since
all emails must be addressed in any way, shape or form to that email
address, it will undoubtedly find a match nearly if not exactly 100%
of the time.
As this is one of only a few posts I've seen from you, and for the
benefit of others on the list, in future, I would ask that technical
support questions of this nature be directed to the administrative
email address, found in the footer of every message as described in
this thread. This, largely, is to do with the off-topic nature of the
questions in most cases, and to the fact that the list would greatly
benefit from the exchange of emails regarding administrative or
possible subscription-specific problems. I have replied on-list to
relay this message, and to answer the question at hand in case the
original poster is not the only one with that problem.

I have asked this before but have never really understood why this occurs. On almost all messages from this list there is some information such as: To post a message to the list, send it to
jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to
jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx etc...
Why does this information not appear on some messages from the list? It is somewhat annoying to me as I have a rule in my Outlook Express client to place messages in a JFW folder when it contains jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx in the body of the message.
