Thank you, that sounds easy enough!
Can I only put e-mail items in that folder or can I put other items in the same folder such as notes, tasks and other applications from outlook?

Hi Angie,

Press ALT plus f to go to File Menu and again press f
and hit Enter to
create new folder. You can give a name for your
folder and hit Enter. The
new folder is created now. After reading the message,
if you want to move
the particular message to a particular folder, pres
ALT f to open the File
Menu, press m to move the message and press the first
letter of the folder
and hit Enter. Now your message is moved to that
particular folder.

Regards,

Gopal
