1. open the file menu of Word.
2. Press ENTER on "Print Preview"
3. Press ALT to access the Menu Bar
4. press CTRL-TAB once to focus on the first toolbar.
5. Press the RIGHT ARROW key until you hear "shrink to fit"
6. Press ENTER.
7. Press ESCAPE to return to your normal view.
