The tutorial on Tek-Talk was the one that reminded me to be sure that the
checkbox in the Options dialog of Firefox, which controls the loading of
images, was checked. Since this checkbox wasn't checked by default, Webvisum
wasn't working for me until I checked it.

First of all hats off to the list moderators for allowing the prolonged
discussion of Fire-Fox, Webvisum and all of their quirks and foibles to
continue unabated.
Is there a dedicated Fire-Fox/Webvisum list? if so what is the subscribe
address?
If not maybe somebody who is knowledgeable in these areas might launch one.
