The find and Replace function in Word 2002 and 2003 does not bold the word in the edit box. It will bold the word after you perform the replace function. That is why JAWS won't announce the attribute format as bold when in the replace edit box. I hope that just made sense. I am starting my coffee infusion and need to be functional pretty soon. Francis ----- Original Message ----- From: Peter Feysa To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, October 13, 2005 8:23 AM Subject: Find nd Replace Hello List, there seems to be a problem with JAWS announcing format attributes in the Find and Replace dialog in Word 2002 and 2003. For example, I would type the word Red in the "Find What" field and I would turn on the bold and type "Black" in the "Replace With" field, but JAWS would say bold off no matter how many times I press the keystroke. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, is there a fix? Thank you in advance. Peter M.
