Hi Have you been able to receive attachments in the past? You might want to check the securirty tab under tools/options to see if the "do not allow attachments that could be a virus to be saved" CheckBox is checked. If it is this could be your problem. Are you running JFW 6? Someone mentioned that they were running version 6 and were getting attachment notifications when there was no attachment. One sure way to check if you have an attachment is to go to the file menu. Arrow down to "save attachment". If it is "unavailable" then you don't have an attachment. HTH Happy Holidays!
