Facebook & twitter and a netbook

Hi folks,
I'm finally trying to get my head around this social networking thing by
jumping in to facebook and Twitter. What are some of the most accesible ways
to use these two services? What would be the most accessible client to use
on a netbook with JFW10,and is there a client that let's you post to both
sites?
Facebook in particular looks a little iffy in the accessibility department,
but i haven't had a chance to really play with it much yet.
