If you use sound editing programs, it allows you to set the Jaws volume
differently then the sound editing one.

This becomes very handy when one has a hard time hearing what Jaws is
saying because the sound file is masking Jaws.

For those who use 2 sound cards and are thinking about updating to Vista
beware.

My new computer with Vista, running Jaws 9.00.2169, , will not allow you to
choose a sound card for Jaws.
The instructions for 2 sound cards does not work.
But, when the next version of Jaws comes out, sometime this fall, I'm told
it will work.
