Excel tutorial using JFW version 8

Hi,
My sister has just gotten her first computer(a laptop).  She has very little 
knowledge with the computer and with JFW.Also, she doesn't know where the keys 
are or what they are called or anything like that.

I have been trying to help her, but her first work assignment is going to be 
Excel. 

My question is if anyone knows if there is a very very easy initial tutorial 
for Excel and maybe one for JFW itself that someone with no computer knowledge 
could use?
