Hi Jack, Thanks for the XP Unattended Setup link. Very interesting site. You know what, if programmers really wanted to help visually challenged persons, they could have provided voice output to their installation steps. Not complicated, they just need to borrow someone's socks for a day or two, you know what I mean here: Knoppix, a Linux Operating System, can detect your sound card from the start (DOS/Unix-like screen) and provide voice if needed. More over, some programmers in North America, less that ten years ago, have managed to run wav files using the PC speaker itself, not even the sound card. So, it shouldn't be that hard to make an installation CD using voice and keyboard input to help a user do the installation, whether it's partially unattended or not.
