Correction
You said that after hitting the enter key to end the editing of a cell you
will be located one row below the cell that you edited.
This is not necessarily true. It depends on how your options are set, you
could be one cell to the right or left or one cell up or even on the cell
that you edited.

Actually, you don't need to press F2 again, simply enter will
do. Note that you will find yourself one row down from the edited field.
