Hi, I use the dongle version to register JFW so that when I reformat the drive, which happens relatively often, I don't have to call FS for more permissions to reinstall Jaws. It also means that when I go to a friend's machine, I can install JFW and use it while I'm there. The Dongle version of JAWS is just JAWS with a Dongle method of copy protection. The Dongle version of JAWS will run as a demo unless you attach a hardware device called a Dongle to your computer. There are parallel and USB dongles. JAWS owners are entitled to one free dongle from Freedom Scientific. There is a Dongle version of Window Eyes also.
