Documents and settings via Jaws 6.2 and XP home

Hay can any of you Wizards tell me how to access Documents and settings with 
Jaws 6.2 and XP home. I believe I did this with early versions of JFW and Win 
98 by going to Windows Explorer. Thanks upfront
