Bruce, With focus on the link, press the Application key or Shift + F10, arrow down to Copy Shortcut and press Enter to put the address on the clipboard. Then press Control + O to get the Open dialogue up, and Control + V to paste the link into it. You can then review or change the link in the usual manner, and press Enter when you're done to open the page you've specified.
