Bruce,

With focus on the link, press the Application key or Shift + F10, arrow
down to Copy Shortcut and  press Enter to put the address on the
clipboard. Then press Control + O to get the Open dialogue up, and
Control + V to paste the link into it. You can then review or change the
link in the usual manner, and press Enter when you're done to open the
page you've specified.

Is there a way I can determine the exact address of a link I'm
highlighting? I need to highlight a link, then open another link that is
the same as the first but with a different number in it. How would I go
about this?
