Nice explanation Dave, thank you.  It was very timely also as I just ordered
prescriptions and came across another button but this one worked simply by
hitting the enter key.

We can never be sure as to how buttons will behave on one site to another.

This is obviously because web site design, how they look, and whether they
are accessible,  is in  the mind of the designer.

Many web designers follow standard codes in HTML, for example, so by default
many web sites are accessible by accident rather than by design.
