Customize punctuation in JConfig

Hello List.

When writing scripts for NoteTab, an excellent editor recommended to me by
David Truong, I wanted to turn on punctuation to, all. The only way this
seems possible now is to go through the customize punctuation settings in
the config manager. I found, however, that the list of punctuation marks and
diacritics that normally pops up was empty. Calling FS for assistance was
totally useless, of course. They recommended that I write, ha ha. Does
anyone have a clue about how I might resurrect that list or what the problem
might be?

Thanks.

Jerry
