Copying CD's with Easy CD Creater 5

The other day, I tried to copy a CD using Easy Creater5, and it did absolutely
nothing. I routed Jaws to the pc curser, found the copy button, and it just
sat there; didn't give me any error message or anything.
I've done a reinstall with both Jaws and Easy CD creater, and gotten the same
results. If there's anything you all could recommend, I would really
appreciate it, because I'm really about at the end of my rope here.
I've never run into this problem before.
