This has been changed in JAWS 5.1 and 6 so that these keystrokes work. If
you don't have the newer version use the JAWS key plus number row 3 which is
the pass key through key and then the copy or paste format key strokes.

Subject: Copy format in MS Word

Hi all,
Is there a way we can use the copy format feature in MS Word with JAWS?
I?ve labeled the graphic and now I can copy the format, but when I select=

the text I want to convert to that format with the arrows, the copy featu=
re
is deactivated. Sighted users select text with the mouse. I read there ar=
e
Ms Word shortcuts to copy and paste formats (CTRL Shift C and CTRL Shift
V) but they don?t seem to work with JAWS because they correspond to readi=
ng
commands for tables.

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Thanks so much in advance

Fran
