Sure, you just go to the View menu (alt V), arrow down to, let me look 
again...Current view.  Right arrow to open this item's submenu.  Arrow down 
to group Messages by Conversation.  You'll find it checked, because that's 
how your Inbox is set up right now.  Just press G or hit Enter, and that'll 
make your Inbox just a regular list of incoming messages without turning it 
into a bunch of folders.

Do you know how to get it so that they're not listed in threads and just in
