Microsoft Office Assistance: Change the calendar time scale

Change the calendar time scale

By default, the Microsoft Outlook calendar grid appears with a time =
scale of
30 minutes. You can increase or decrease this scale, depending upon what =
you
want to see.
List of 3 items
1.=A0In Calendar, right-click on the calendar grid.
2.=A0Click Other Settings.
3.=A0Under Day, in the Time scale list, click the grid interval for the
calendar.
list end

I'm not sure why you need to ask this question, because if you choose to
create a new appointment, you should get a dialog with fields for the
starting and ending time which allow you to enter any time you wish.

Are you creating your appointments some other way? Maybe using the
feature which looks for the first available time slot and then lets you
cycle back and forth through all the time slot choices? If that's the
case, I don't know of a way to change its choice of increments, but once
the appointment is created, you can go in and modify it.
