Hi Jim,

Typically, you won't be able to take certification exams using JAWS.
Alternatively, testing companies like Prometric will provide you with a
person to read/write for you plus extra time for the exam.  It isn't the
best solution, but it is acceptable, since they are making sincere efforts
at insuring accessibility.
